US B-52 bombers "flex their muscles" against Russia right on the border area
The approach of strategic bombers to the borders of the Russian Federation in the Baltic Sea region is a move by the United States to "test the waters" on Russia's defense potential and capabilities, said Alexander Sherin, First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Defense Committee.

"They are simply testing our capabilities. They are simply testing our defenses to see where they are vulnerable and where they are not. So they test us, and we show them that everything is fine in this regard. This is a game, sometimes mini-military exercises are conducted like this," he told Sputnik.
