Accordingly, at the above time, car with license plate 38B -011.11 was carrying students of an elementary school, along with their parents and teachers of the school, on a field trip and practical experience in Nam Dan. While the passenger car was crossing the road, it collided with a truck with license plate 33M - 0088 in the direction of Vinh - Hoang Mai.

The accident injured three second graders and they were taken to a nearby hospital for emergency treatment.
The cause of the incident is currently being investigated by the authorities.
