(Baonghean.vn) - There are still cases of civil servants being absent without clear reasons, being late for work... is the conclusion of the interdisciplinary inspection team of discipline and administrative discipline of the province in Anh Son district on March 27.
A surprise inspection at the departments and offices of the People's Committee of Anh Son district at 11:15 a.m. at 7 specialized departments and the Land Use Rights Registration Office, according to the inspection team's records, there were 34 people present, 14 people absent (with reasons). There are still some civil servants who do not wear badges when performing their duties; name tags are not placed in the right place.

Anh Son District issued Official Dispatch No. 219/UBND-NV dated February 25, 2019; Official Dispatch No. 191/UBND-NV dated February 15, 2019 to develop a plan for administrative reform, strengthening discipline and administrative order in 2019. Organized the signing of a commitment to implement Directive 26 for all cadres and civil servants of the District People's Committee.
At the same time, the district established and strengthened an interdisciplinary inspection team for compliance with discipline and administrative discipline, and developed an inspection plan. In 2019, the team inspected 3 communes and departments, and announced the inspection results.

Every month, specialized departments review and evaluate the performance of tasks for communes and towns according to related management areas; in regular meetings of the District People's Committee, the activities of departments, offices and commune-level People's Committees are reviewed and evaluated. On that basis, tasks are assigned to agencies and units for implementation.
Head of the Department of Internal Affairs of Anh Son district Pham Dinh Duc affirmed: Anh Son district identified one of the key tasks in the second quarter of 2019 as strengthening surprise inspections of discipline and administrative discipline in communes, towns and agencies and units.
During a surprise inspection at Cam Son commune, according to the inspection team, most officials and civil servants did not wear badges while performing their duties; some civil servants did not have name tags on their desks.

Although there have been changes in personnel, the regulations on assigning tasks to cadres and civil servants are not specific and clear for each person. The People's Committee of the commune has not yet issued a yearly and monthly work program for implementation; the commune has not organized the signing of commitments to comply with discipline and administrative order according to Directive 26 of the Prime Minister and Directive 17 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.
Checking compliance with working hours at 2:00 p.m., 6 people were absent (4 people had reasons, 2 people had unknown reasons); 3 civil servants were late for work.

After the inspection, the delegation requested Cam Son commune (Anh Son) to strengthen inspection and supervision work to remind and urge cadres, civil servants and public employees to strictly implement discipline and administrative discipline.
Especially, it is necessary to promote the role and responsibility of leaders in managing the staff and civil servants in performing assigned tasks.
