Nghia Duc Commune (Nghia Dan) received the Certificate of recognition as a commune meeting new rural standards.
(Baonghean.vn) - The average income per capita of the commune reached 31 million VND/year; the poverty rate decreased from 26% to 4.6%.
Attending and speaking at the ceremony to receive the Certificate of recognition for Nghia Duc commune (Nghia Dan) meeting the new rural standards, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Dinh Viet Hong praised the locality for its good implementation of the new rural construction program; and at the same time directed Nghia Duc commune to continue to strive for high efficiency in new rural construction.
Before 2012, Nghia Duc was a particularly difficult commune; infrastructure was both lacking and weak, with a poverty rate of 26%.
Implementing the Resolution of the 21st Party Congress, term 2015 - 2020, on the goal of building new rural areas, Party committees at all levels, authorities, sectors, unions and people of Nghia Duc commune are always united, making efforts, mobilizing all resources, investing in building infrastructure, shifting economic structure to develop in the right direction.

After 7 years of implementing the NTM program, Nghia Duc has mobilized 117 billion VND; of which people contributed more than 27 billion VND to build technical infrastructure works... The economic structure has shifted in the right direction of developing diverse industries, including promoting labor export and currently there are nearly 400 overseas workers bringing in an annual revenue of over 50 billion VND to the locality.
With the attention and support of all levels, sectors and the efforts of the people, the rural appearance in Nghia Duc commune has improved a lot, 100% of the main roads of communes, villages and hamlets have been concreted. The school system has been built spaciously. Average income per capita in 2018 reached 31 million VND/year; the poverty rate decreased to 4.6%.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Dinh Viet Hong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee praised the achievements of Nghia Duc commune, and directed that in the coming time, the commune will continue to strive for high efficiency in building new rural areas. Especially paying attention to improving the spiritual and material life of the people and focusing on developing the advantages of the locality.
On this occasion, comrade Dinh Viet Hong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee awarded the Certificate of Recognition of the commune meeting the new rural standards to the locality and 500 million VND in bonus from the province; and presented Certificates of Merit to 8 collectives and individuals.

Nghia Dan District People's Committee also presented Nghia Duc commune with a welfare project worth 100 million VND; and rewarded 8 collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in building new rural areas.
