(Baonghean.vn) - The motorbike driven by Ly and Chieu collided with the motorbike driven by Mr. Phong. Seeing Mr. Phong die, both took the victim's motorbike and fled to Lang Son.

On March 31, Dien Chau District Police said that the Investigation Police Agency is temporarily detaining two subjects to clarify the cause of a traffic accident that left a man dead.

The two detained subjects are Tieu Tien Ly (born 2002) and Trieu Tin Chieu (born 2002), both residing in Xuan Duong commune, Loc Binh district, Lang Son province. Both are working as workers in Dien Chau district.

At the investigation agency, Ly and Chiu confessed that on the evening of March 28, Ly was driving a motorbike carrying Chiu. When he reached Hamlet 8, Dien Loc Commune, he collided with a motorbike with license plate 37F1 - 751.31, causing the man driving to die on the spot.

Because Ly’s car was damaged, the two young men took the victim’s car and fled to Lang Son. When they arrived in Hanoi, the car ran out of gas, so they decided to leave it on the side of the road and take a bus home.

The deceased man was later identified as Mr. Hoang Van Phong (born in 1977, from Dien Loc commune). Mr. Phong worked in the South and had just returned to visit his hometown.

(Baonghean.vn) - It is possible that after the traffic accident that resulted in the victim's death, the person who caused the accident took the victim's motorbike and fled the scene.

As reported by Nghe An Newspaper, at around 8:00 p.m. on March 28, on the main road of Dien Loc Commune, Dien Chau District, people discovered a dead man lying in the middle of the road. Next to him was a motorbike with an unknown license plate. Local police determined that the motorbike did not belong to the victim.
