(Baonghean.vn) - 7 female students dragged their friend to the beach to beat him up, then forced him to kneel down and apologize, then took turns slapping him in the face. The incident happened in Dien Chau district (Nghe An).
On the afternoon of April 1, Mr. Mai Ngoc Long - Head of the Education Department of Dien Chau district said that he had just directed schools to report the incident and asked the group of students who beat their friend to write a self-criticism after a clip recorded a group of female students beating their friend and forcing them to kneel down and apologize.
According to Mr. Long, on the afternoon of March 31, due to a previous conflict, 5 female students from Dien Kim Secondary School and 2 female students from Dien Hung Secondary School dragged a 7th grade female student from Dien Hung Secondary School to the beach to "talk".

In the clip posted above, this group of female students continuously cursed, forced their friend to kneel down and apologize, and then repeatedly slapped her in the face; despite the beaten female student crying and apologizing.
While beating their friend, the female students took turns filming the clip. “Each of us slapped our friend once,” a female student participating in the beating said in the clip.
“This morning the female student who was beaten still went to school as usual. She had scratches on her face. Our stance is to handle the case seriously,” Mr. Long affirmed, adding that the female students who participated in beating their friend were in grades 8 and 7.
