Russia will respond to new weapons programs in Europe

Russia's response to NATO's new weapons program in Europe will be proportionate but inexpensive, Deputy Minister Grushko said.
Speaking at a roundtable conference, Mr. Grushko said: "We know very well what weapons programs exist today. They are certainly not aimed at fighting terrorism... this program is built on Cold War scenarios. We will respond with proportional but inexpensive measures."
