Economic Police Department - Hanoi City Police in coordination with Nghia Dan District Women's Unionpresented a pair of cows worth 21.5 million VND to the family of Cao Thi Hai - 9th grade student, Nghia Yen Secondary School (Nghia Dan).
Her family was poor, her father died early, her mother suffered from mental illness, but Cao Thi Hai tried hard to become an excellent student at school.
Faced with that situation, Ms. Bui Thi Van, a resident of Chong hamlet, mobilized benefactors to help her and with the support of the Economic Police Department of Hanoi City Police, gave her a pair of cows to develop livestock farming.
On this occasion, the charity organization "Aspiration" supports Hai's study expenses of 500,000 VND/month until he goes to university.

Nghe An Provincial Farmers' Associationjust gave gifts to students of Tien Phong 4 Primary School (Que Phong).
Tien Phong 4 Primary School has 295 students with 6 school locations. Facilities and teaching equipment are still lacking, and transportation to many school locations is difficult.
On this occasion, the Provincial Farmers’ Association, together with representatives of the District Farmers’ Association and Tien Phong Commune authorities, presented nearly 300 shirts to the students. The gifts, though small, were of practical significance to encourage poor students in remote areas to strive, strive, be good and study well.

Logistics Department of Military Region 4and the Economic Cooperation Corporation of Military Region 4, Military Hospital 4 and Bolikhamxay province, Lao PDROrganized medical examinations, health consultations and provided free medicine to people in Chom Thoong and Muong Mun villages, Vieng Thoong district, Laos.
In Vieng Thoong district, officers, doctors and nurses from Military Hospital 4 and the Logistics Department examined, provided health consultation and provided free medicine to nearly 800 people.
On this occasion, the Military Region 4 delegation also presented medical equipment including: physiotherapy machine, compressed air nebulizer, ear-nose-throat examination lamp, blood pressure monitor and stethoscope to the Chom Thoong village cluster health station. The total value of free medicine and medical equipment is nearly 200 million VND.
