(Baonghean.vn) - A man he did not know asked to buy drugs, Xeo Pho Son went to find the source. When he bought the drugs, before he could deliver them to the customer, Son was arrested.
On the morning of April 8, the Provincial People's Court opened a first-instance criminal trial of Xeo Pho Son (born 1986), residing in Keng Du commune, Ky Son, for the crime of "Illegal drug trafficking".
According to the indictment, on December 8, 2018, a stranger came to the house, introduced himself as Khanh, and asked Son to buy 2 packages of pink phien, and Son agreed.

The following evening, Son went into the forest and met a Laotian man who bought two packages of drugs for 5 million VND to bring home and hide. Khanh agreed to buy the drugs for 6 million VND, and arranged to deliver the goods at 5:00 p.m. on December 11, 2018.
As scheduled, the two parties arrived at the location in the forest area of Quyet Thang village, Keng Du commune to make the transaction. Before they could exchange the drugs, Son was arrested by the authorities with 2 packages of pink phien (36gr) in his hand. Taking advantage of the chaos, the person named Khanh quickly fled.
At the trial, Xeo Pho Son admitted his crime. Considering the case as a whole, the panel sentenced Xeo Pho Son to 13 years in prison.
