On the afternoon of April 9, in Vinh City, the Provincial Military Party Committee held a conference to study, disseminate and implement a number of resolutions and conclusions of the Politburo, the Secretariat and the Central Military Commission. Lieutenant Colonel Thai Duc Hanh - Deputy Secretary of the Military Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command chaired the conference.

At the conference, the Provincial Military Party Committee organized the study and dissemination of Resolution No. 35-NQ/TW dated October 22, 2018 of the Politburo (12th tenure) on "Strengthening the protection of the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against erroneous and hostile views in the new situation"; Conclusion No. 38-KL/TW of the Politburo on summarizing 10 years of implementing Resolution No. 22-NQ/TW of the 10th Central Executive Committee on "Improving the leadership capacity, fighting strength of grassroots Party organizations and the quality of cadres and Party members".
The conference also thoroughly grasped Directive No. 25-CT/TW of the Secretariat on promoting and elevating multilateral diplomacy to 2030; Directive No. 30-CT/TW of the Secretariat on "Strengthening the Party's leadership and the State's management responsibility for protecting consumers' rights"; Conclusion No. 44-KL/TW of the Secretariat on continuing to promote the implementation of Directive No. 09-CT/TW of the 11th Secretariat on "Strengthening the Party's leadership over the mass movement to protect national security in the new situation"; Conclusion No. 111-KL/QUTW of the Central Military Commission Standing Committee on "Continuing to improve the leadership capacity, fighting strength of grassroots Party organizations and the quality of cadres and Party members in the Army in the new period".

Concluding the conference, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Thai Duc Hanh - Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command emphasized: "Based on the contents learned and thoroughly grasped, grassroots Party organizations, cadres and Party members in the Provincial Military Party Committee need to closely compare with the reality of agencies, units and localities; from there, organize implementation with action programs, contents and flexible, creative and practical solutions".
