Forecast: Due to the influence of the southern edge of the low pressure area in the West with the southwest wind causing the foehn effect, from today (April 10) to April 11, heat waves will continue to occur widely in the provinces from Thanh Hoa to Phu Yen and the Northwest region with the highest temperature commonly 34-37 degrees, especially in the mountainous areas of the Central provinces, it is commonly 38-39 degrees.
