Crystal Group has just signed a strategic cooperation agreement with DELTA Group and a general contract for the SunBay Park Hotel & Resort Phan Rang Complex project with DELTA – V Company, and a management and supervision contract with partner Artelia Group (France).

Specifically, to realize the two sides becoming strategic partners, DELTA Group will be the general contractor of the SunBay Park Hotel & Resort complex. At the signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement, Mr. Tran Nhat Thanh - Chairman of DELTA Group affirmed that in the role of general contractor, the unit will focus resources on building this large-scale complex.

“DELTA’s strong resources and deep expertise are a great advantage that experienced investors often choose. As a partner of the project, DELTA-V General Contractor will complete the project safely, on schedule and with the best quality. We will hand over to Crystal Bay Group a high-class product, worthy of the scale and international standards of the project.”

Signing a cooperation agreement to build, manage and supervise Asia's leading resort complex

SunBay Park Hotel & Resort Phan Rang complex is located in the center of Binh Son sea park, Phan Rang - Thap Cham city with three towers Lazurya, Nuvensa and Crystal Holidays connected together, with a view stretching out to the endless ocean.

As the first large-scale international standard beach resort and entertainment complex in Ninh Thuan, SunBay Park Hotel & Resort Phan Rang has a series of facilities to diversify visitors' experiences, notably a 4.7-hectare water park, a beach shopping area, a spa area, 9 infinity pools, 9 European and Asian restaurants... and is connected to the adjacent 19.3-hectare Binh Son beach park.

SunBay Park Hotel & Resort Phan Rang was designed by NDA GROUP (France), imbued with the traditional indigenous culture. Soft as Cham silk, graceful as Apsara dance, the patterns and colors of brocade silk, ceramics... are recreated in the overall project and every detail to enhance visitors' perception of the cultural depth of the destination.

When completed, this leading coastal resort complex in Asia will provide 3,300 hotel rooms. The complex is expected to officially welcome visitors in June 2021.

With the strength of bringing 60% of the total number of Russian visitors to Vietnam, using 4.3 million rooms/night in 2018, Crystal Bay Group ensures to bring a large flow of international visitors to Ninh Thuan right after the project comes into operation.
