The preschool was suspended because many children were 'abandoned' in sleeping areas.
Two female staff members at the Do Re Mi preschool (Quang Ninh) put children to sleep as if they were "throwing away toys".
On April 13th, the Quang Ninh Department of Education and Training announced that authorities had temporarily suspended the Do Re Mi preschool in Hong Ha ward (Ha Long city) to investigate the incident where two female staff members grabbed a child by the arms and threw it onto a mattress as if "throwing away toys".

Previously, a video appeared on social media showing that at noon on April 11th, in a classroom at the facility, two staff members spread mattresses on the floor and let about 20 children take a nap.
They grabbed each child by the arms, dragged them onto the mattress, and "threw" them into their sleeping area. The children's cries filled the room with chaos.
According to the Quang Ninh Department of Education, on the morning of April 12th, a delegation from the Department, along with leaders of the Ha Long City People's Committee, inspected the operations of the Do Re Mi preschool. Authorities subsequently suspended the preschool's operations and directed the police to cooperate in the investigation.
