According to the income tax return posted on the Kremlin website on April 12, President Vladimir Putin's income in 2018 was 8.7 million rubles ($135,300), down 10 million rubles ($155,600) from 2017. Putin's average monthly income was 720,000 rubles ($11,200) in 2018.
