10 steps to create long-lasting makeup on hot days
Choose oil-control powder and eye primer to help cosmetics last longer. Use mineral spray and oil-absorbing paper to help limit cosmetics from running.
The peak temperature can reach 39-40 degrees Celsius, causing makeup to run down your face with sweat. If you want to keep your makeup looking fresh and long-lasting, you can refer to the following suggestions.
Cleanse your face
This is a very important step, removing dirt and excess oil on the face, helping the makeup stick better. You can use a small ice cube to quickly rub all over the face for 3-5 seconds to tighten and narrow the pores, helping the powder stick better.

Primer
After washing your face, moisturize your face and neck, and apply sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher to protect your skin from the sun. Next, apply primer and blend it with a makeup sponge, not forgetting to apply it evenly to your eyelids and eyelids. This cream contains non-greasy, moisturizing ingredients that create a protective layer, preventing makeup from running off due to sweat or weather.
Concealer
Use concealer to hide blemishes and acne on the skin. Primer is the foundation for makeup so it is very important, especially in hot weather. Use a small amount of cream to cover pores and small wrinkles on the face.
Oil control powder
Using a large brush, dust a layer of translucent powder over your face and neck. This will help keep your skin dry and your makeup lasting for hours.
Eye makeup
Eye primer is a step that should not be skipped if you want to keep your eyeshadow lasting longer. The cream helps to cover wrinkles, keep makeup lasting longer and give more standard color. Apply a thin layer of eye primer on your finger and spread evenly on the eyelid, gently pat your finger to let the primer absorb evenly into the skin, wait 5-10 minutes for it to absorb deeply before applying color.
To keep the eyeshadow color long lasting, you can moisten the eyeshadow brush before use by spraying water or dipping it in clean water and then using a towel to dry. In hot weather, you should only apply light and thin layers of color with crayons, avoid applying too much makeup, which will make your face look heavy and tired.
Draw eyebrows
Using an eyebrow pencil that is lighter than your hair color, draw small strokes in the direction your eyebrows naturally grow, rather than drawing a continuous line. Small strokes help your eyebrows look natural and last longer.
Eyeliner
If you want your eyeliner to last longer, use a pencil to draw close to your eyelids as a primer first, then use a gel eyeliner to press it in. Choose a waterproof mascara that creates a slight curl in your eyelashes, and be sure to swipe gently to avoid clumping your eyelashes, which will make your face look heavy.
Blush
Powder blush will make your summer makeup look thick and heavy. Instead, choose a gel blush, apply it lightly to the apples of your cheeks to give a slight flush.
Lipstick
For long lasting color, you should choose a long lasting matte lipstick after applying lip balm. Place a thin tissue on your lips, use a powder brush to dab on the tissue, then apply a thin layer of lipstick on your lips, wait for the lipstick to dry completely and then continue to apply another layer of lipstick to keep the color longer.

After finishing, spray a mineral spray to help fix the makeup. Mineral spray also helps make the makeup look more natural if you accidentally apply too much color. You should also bring oil blotting paper to absorb the shine on your face. Bring cosmetics such as lipstick and eye shadow to reapply if needed.
