(Baonghean.vn) - Working with the Standing Committee of Tan Ky District Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Central Committee Phan Dinh Trac assessed that although the district still faces many difficulties, it has a very creative and practical approach.
On the afternoon of April 19, the working delegation of the Party Charter Subcommittee of the 13th National Congress of the Party worked with the Standing Committee of Tan Ky District Party Committee on researching and surveying the implementation of the Party Charter.

On the side of Nghe An province, there were comrades: Nguyen Xuan Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Colonel Nguyen Huu Cau - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Director of the Provincial Police and representatives of the leaders of the Organizing Committee, Internal Affairs Committee, and the Provincial Party Committee Office.
Ensure correct principles and authority according to regulations
Tan Ky District Party Committee has 57 grassroots party organizations, including 33 party committees and 24 party cells. The entire Party Committee has 431 party cells directly under the grassroots party committees, including 345 party cells directly under the commune party committees and 13 party cells directly under the town party committees. As of March 2019, Tan Ky District Party Committee has 6,688 party members.
According to the leader of Tan Ky District Party Committee, in the process of leading, directing and implementing Party building work, Party committees and organizations from the district to the grassroots have strictly complied with the provisions of the issued Party Charter.

The implementation of the Party Charter and the Central Committee's regulations on the implementation of the Party Charter must be carried out by Party committees and organizations in accordance with the prescribed principles and authority.
Tan Ky District Party Secretary Bui Thanh Bao said: During the implementation process, it was found that the Party Charter and regulations guiding the implementation of the Party Charter issued by the Central Committee are basically suitable and close to the reality of Party building work in the current period.
However, the Standing Committee of Tan Ky District also discussed with the working delegation some concerns and problems such as: although there are policies and resolutions on cadre rotation, specific policies have not been issued.

The Standing Committee of Tan Ky District Party Committee also requested the Central Committee to promptly, synchronously and consistently issue Party resolutions with State policies and laws, decrees and regulations of the Government for smooth deployment and implementation; at the same time, guide and direct the management of Party members going to work abroad...
At the meeting, members of the Central Party Charter Subcommittee's working group discussed and asked Tan Ky district to share experiences on a number of issues such as: grasping public opinion; promoting the critical role of the Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations; consolidating party cells at risk of no longer having party cells; the model of secretary cum hamlet chief, party committee secretary cum commune-level People's Committee chairman, etc.
Have creative ways of doing things, dare to boldly rub against
After listening to the opinions of the working delegation members and comrades in the Standing Committee of Tan Ky District Party Committee, comrade Phan Dinh Trac assessed that although the district still has many difficulties and a diverse population, from that reality, the district has a very creative way of doing things, daring to boldly compete.
"The more practical the innovation, the higher the efficiency," said Party Central Committee Secretary Phan Dinh Trac, expressing his appreciation for the hard work and thinking of Tan Ky district Party Committee; at the same time, maintaining true solidarity within the district Party Committee and spreading it to the commune level.
