Nearly 50 people 'flying and shaking' at karaoke and hotels
Nguyen Thi Tinh sent girls to karaoke bars and hotels to use drugs and then sell sex with gamblers.
On the afternoon of April 20, Quang Binh police said they were completing the case file to prosecute Nguyen Thi Tinh and 50 others for drug use and prostitution.

At 2:00 a.m. on April 19, 120 Quang Binh police officers raided a karaoke business and three hotels in Dong Hoi City, discovering four men and women engaging in prostitution, and 43 people showing signs of drug use.
In particular, at karaoke Thien Duong 2, authorities discovered four singing rooms with 33 people illegally using drugs. A quick test showed that these people were all positive for drugs. Confiscated from some people and in the rooms were many small packages containing a white, rock-like substance and some pink tablets suspected to be drugs... At three other hotels, authorities discovered 10 people using drugs, four people buying and selling sex.
Previously, Quang Binh police set up a special project to destroy a drug and prostitution ring in Dong Hoi. After choosing a location, the gamblers contacted Nguyen Thi Tinh to send girls to dance and negotiate prostitution.
