(Baonghean.vn) - Officers and soldiers of Tri Le Border Guard Station (Nghe An Border Guard) urgently joined local authorities to visit families affected by the tornado, helping people stabilize their lives.

Nearly 250 houses in Nghe An had their roofs blown off after a 15-minute tornado.
(Baonghean.vn) - After only 15 minutes, a tornado accompanied by hail caused the roofs of 249 houses in Chau Thon commune to be blown off, many of which only had the frames left.

At 5:30 p.m. on April 21, heavy rain and tornadoes occurred in Chau Thon and Tri Le communes of Que Phong district, causing heavy damage to local people.
In Tri Le commune, according to preliminary statistics, the rain and tornado completely collapsed a house of Ms. Lo Thi Minh, 72 years old, living alone in Ta Pan village (Tri Le); blew off the roofs of 20 houses of local people; a kindergarten in Tan Thai village cluster; 2 cows were crushed to death by trees, no human casualties have been recorded. It is estimated that the total initial damage is over 100 million VND.

This morning (April 22), Tri Le Border Guard Station (Nghe An Border Guard) sent 15 comrades to the affected households, quickly helping people overcome the initial consequences, stabilize their lives and maintain social order in the area.
