Decision No. 4969/QD-UBND on approving the adjustment and supplementation of the master plan for socio-economic development of Thai Hoa town until 2020 also clearly states that Tay Hieu and Nghia Tien will be the center of sports, tourism, healthcare, education, etc.; with a series of large-scale projects such as: High-tech industrial park; 1.5-hectare bus station; Sports center; 83-hectare urban area; 14-hectare villa area, etc.

In fact, this area currently possesses ideal "strengths". With the completion of the new rural construction, the infrastructure system in Tay Hieu - Nghia Tien has generally been completed and synchronized. Moreover, this place is also attractive because of the planning and development of utilities and large, classy shopping centers.

The heat of this market is getting higher and higher as it is attracting leading corporations in Vietnam such as Vingroup, FLC, and Korean Group to invest. Currently, Vingroup is constructing a large-scale supermarket at Cau Hieu 2.

Tay Hieu is also one of the 5 urban areas in Thai Hoa that has been planned, with an investment of hundreds of billions of Dong to build and complete the infrastructure; promising to turn this place into a new, spacious and modern urban area.
