Shooting at outdoor party in the US, at least 1 person dead
US police are investigating a shooting in west Baltimore that left multiple people dead.

At least one person was killed and six others were injured in a shooting in western Baltimore, Maryland, on April 28.
Police said a gunman opened fire on people who were gathering for two outdoor parties near the 2500 block of Edmondson Avenue. The scene was cordoned off for an investigation.
"It appears the shooter was targeting someone in the crowd. Investigators are trying to determine if the two parties were related," Baltimore police chiefMichael Harrison said.
Harrison appealed to the public for help in identifying the suspect. "We know that many people have left here. Only with the help of the community can we find the suspect," Harrison stressed.
Baltimore's acting mayor Bernard Young also asked residents for information.
