3 cousins ​​missing while bathing in the river in Nghe An

(Baonghean.vn) - On a holiday, 5 cousins ​​went to Hieu River to swim, but 3 of them are missing.

On the evening of April 29, the authorities of Long Son ward, Thai Hoa town (Nghe An) were searching for three missing children suspected of drowning.

The identities of the three children who went missing while bathing in the river are Phung Thi Mai (born in 2014), block 4, Long Son ward, Thai Hoa town; and two biological sisters, Tran Kim Xuyen (born in 2006) and Tran Van Luyen (born in 2008), Dong Tien hamlet, Nghia Hoi commune, Nghia Dan district.

Before that, at around 3:00 p.m. on April 29, 5 children aged 5 to 13 years old invited each other to go to Hieu River, through Block 4, Long Son Ward, to bathe. While bathing, Nhung (in grade 3) and Vi (in grade 1) did not see the 3 people bathing together, so they ran back to call their father, Mr. Phan Van Dinh (living in Hamlet 4, Long Son Ward) to come and look for them, but to no avail.
