Nghe An's budget revenue reaches an average of nearly 1,200 billion VND per month.
(Baonghean.vn) - By the end of April 2019, Nghe An's budget revenue reached 4,779 billion VND. On average, in the first 4 months of the year, the province collected nearly 1,200 billion VND each month.
On the morning of May 3, at the regular meeting of April 2019, Director of Nghe An Department of Finance Nguyen Xuan Hai reported on the province's budget revenue and expenditure in the first 4 months of the year.

Accordingly, the state budget revenue in Nghe An in the first 4 months of 2019 reached 4,779 billion VND, equal to 35.4% of the estimate assigned by the Provincial People's Council.
Of which, revenue from import and export activities was VND585 billion, reaching 34.4% of the estimate. "If revenue from import and export activities continues at the same pace as in the past 4 months, the estimated progress for the whole year of 2019 will be achieved," said Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hai.
The head of the provincial Department of Finance also said that a positive sign is that for the district budget revenue, 6 districts have reached over 50% of the estimate, 9 districts have reached 40-50% of the estimate. "The district block has stable revenue in 2019," said Mr. Hai.
This year, the provincial People's Council estimates the budget revenue to be 13,498 billion VND. The provincial People's Committee sets a revenue target of 15,000 billion VND or more, higher than the budget revenue achieved in 2018 of 14,200 billion VND.

Local budget expenditure in the first 4 months of 2019 is estimated at VND 8,064 billion, reaching 33.1% of the estimate assigned by the Provincial People's Council.
Of which, development investment expenditure is 2,050 billion VND, reaching 39.5% of the estimate. Regular expenditure is 5,944 billion VND, reaching 31.7% of the estimate. The estimate assigned by the Provincial People's Council for budget expenditure this year is more than 24,341 billion VND.
Director of the Department of Finance Nguyen Xuan Hai said that in the second quarter of 2019, the sector will work with related sectors to urge budget collection, especially projects related to land.
