Ukraine's Naftogaz sues Gazprom over Nord Stream-2
Naftogaz has filed a complaint with the European Commission about Gazprom's anti-competitive actions in connection with the construction of Nord Stream-2, the CEO of the Ukrainian state-owned company Yuri Vitrenko said.

“We have opened a new front in the confrontation with Gazprom - filed a complaint with the European Commission about Gazprom's anti-competitive actions,” Yuri Vitrenko wrote on his Facebook page.
According to him, in its complaint, Naftogaz analyzed in detail that "thanks to Nord Stream-2, blocking virtual reversals, controlling companies on the European gas market, Gazprom is abusing its dominant position and restricting competition."
