Speaking at the meeting, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dac Vinh affirmed the extremely important role of the artists, both as a force to disseminate ideology and to provide ideological orientation, creating a positive, united and consensual atmosphere in society; at the same time, he expressed his hope and wished the artists to promote the qualities of Confucian scholars and teachers of Nghe An to always have good works, have a widespread impact, and contribute to the construction and development of the homeland and the country.
Comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh suggested that delegates attending the 10th Congress of the Nghe An Literature and Arts Association promote solidarity, democracy and intelligence to select outstanding individuals, gather the intelligence and enthusiasm of artists and writers and create a strong movement that has a widespread influence in society and connects and accompanies the province.
The Provincial Party Secretary also accepted the suggestions of artists and assigned relevant departments, branches and the new Executive Committee of the Association to have good connections, in order to build a strong Association with practical activities; create an environment and favorable conditions for artists to satisfy their passion.
