(Baonghean.vn) - Early in the morning, the homeowner went out to drive to work and was shocked to discover a man lying dead under his car.
The victim is male, about 40 - 50 years old, 1.51m tall, short, square face, short hair with silver streaks.

Victim's clothing: Blue warm jacket on the outside, gray underneath; blue jeans; black leather belt with white metal face; in the warm jacket pocket is a pink-bordered floral scarf with yellow, blue, and red patterns; head is wearing a white-yellow cloth hat; feet are wearing leather shoes.
After many days of searching for the victim's relatives without results, the Quynh Luu District Police Department issued a written notice to local police and press agencies.

Previously, as Nghe An Newspaper reported, on the morning of April 30, when Mr. Le Anh T. (married to Tuan A, Quynh Chau commune, Quynh Luu district) went out to drive his car to work, he discovered a male corpse under the car.
Mr. T. said that at around 8:00 p.m. on April 29, after returning from work, he backed his truck into an empty lot next to his house to park. The following morning, he discovered the incident.
