(Baonghean.vn) - In Quynh Luu district, on May 12, two incidents occurred, one woman had her throat slashed, leading to critical condition, and another man died unexpectedly.
On May 12, Mr. Nguyen Van Long - Head of Quynh Bang Commune Police, Quynh Luu District said that he is coordinating with authorities to investigate the case of 1 person having his throat slashed in critical condition and 1 person dying in the area.
At around 10:40 a.m. the same day, the Commune Police Department received a report from the people that at the house of Ms. Ho Thi Hao (born in 1974, residing in Van Dong hamlet, Quynh Bang commune), a stranger appeared and used a knife to cut Ms. Hao's neck, causing the victim to lose a lot of blood, endangering her life.

Upon receiving the information, Quynh Bang commune police quickly arrived, controlled the subject, and together with local people took the victim to the emergency room.
The suspect was identified as Ho Dang Ke (born in 1974, residing in Dong Anh district, Hanoi).
While taking statements from the suspect and witnesses, the Commune Police continued to receive information that Mr. Ho Dang Huoi (born in 1969, residing in Van Hoc hamlet, Quynh Bang commune), died of unknown causes inside the alley of his house.
When the commune police arrived, the victim Huoi and the motorbike were covered with a tarp and corn on top.
