Following the oil spill

(Baonghean.vn) - Nghe An currently has over 3,500 fishing boats, many of which are concentrated in Hoang Mai town and Quynh Luu district. To go offshore to catch seafood, these boats consume hundreds of thousands of liters of oil every day. And, the reality is that dozens of oil plants and oil tankers supplying fishing boats are not qualified to do business but are still operating openly.
