Following the workshop "Strengthening the role of women in leadership, management, and elected representatives" held this morning (May 24th), at the thematic conference chaired by Ms. Vo Thi Minh Sinh, delegates focused on discussing several issues related to the work of female cadres.
The issues that were hotly debated by the delegates included the recruitment and selection of female cadres; their placement, utilization, appointment, and nomination for candidacy. Along with this were the issues of training, fostering, and planning for female cadres to hold key positions. In Nghe An, cadre planning is being implemented according to the principle of involving young women and ethnic minorities.
