(Baonghean.vn) - That is the comment of the interdisciplinary inspection team led by Mr. Phan Huy Chuong - Deputy Chief Inspector of the Department of Transport on the work of clearing traffic corridor violations in some wards and communes in Vinh City on the morning of May 28.
In the morning, the delegation inspected many roads in the wards and communes of Hung Loc, Hung Dung and Ben Thuy.

Regarding the roads in Hung Loc commune, the delegation recorded many points of encroachment on traffic safety corridors, which spoil the urban beauty, especially in places with businesses. At the meeting with the People's Committee of Hung Loc commune, the interdisciplinary delegation requested the commune to have a solution to completely clear the encroachment points at the intersection of Tran Trung Quang street in front of Coi market. This is a painful point of encroachment and re-encroachment on traffic safety corridors that has not been completely resolved for a long time.
Mr. Phan Huy Chuong - Head of the delegation requested the functional forces of the People's Committee of Hung Loc commune to inspect, rectify and strictly handle organizations and individuals violating the encroachment of sidewalks and traffic safety corridors in the area.

In Hung Dung ward, inspections showed that there are still many encroachments that need to be handled, noting routes such as Nguyen Sy Sach, Tue Tinh, kiosks in front of Hung Dung market, the intersection between Nguyen Phong Sac street, Ngo Quyen street and Tue Tinh street... there are many businesses displaying goods on the sidewalks and corridors, especially service businesses such as car washes, construction materials trading, ceramics...
As for Ben Thuy ward, the delegation noted that the handling of violations of encroachment on traffic safety corridors in the area was well implemented, with many roads free of encroachment.

At the working session with the interdisciplinary inspection team, leaders of wards and communes reflected on difficulties and obstacles, and made a number of recommendations for competent authorities to support localities in successfully handling violations of encroachment on traffic safety corridors.
On behalf of the working group, Mr. Phan Huy Chuong - Deputy Chief Inspector of the Department of Transport requested localities to overcome limitations in the implementation process, comply with documents and papers according to the latest regulations and develop a more specific and long-term implementation plan. The delegation also acknowledged and accepted the recommendations of the grassroots to continue to advise competent authorities to study, implement and support to improve the effectiveness of handling violations of encroachment on traffic safety corridors in the province.
