Focus on public inspection work, promote administrative reform

(Baonghean.vn) - The administrative reform inspection team of Nghe An Department of Home Affairs requested the Provincial Inspectorate to continue to focus on public service inspection work to create a strong and effective change in implementing administrative discipline and public service performance of cadres and civil servants.

During 2 years (2018 - 2019), the Provincial Inspectorate inspected and reviewed 10 legal documents under the management scope of the Provincial Inspectorate; issued a Project to implement administrative reform at the Provincial Inspectorate for the period 2018 - 2020.

The Provincial Inspectorate received and processed 697 files, returning 697 files on time at the one-stop department from 2018 to May 2019.

The unit also focuses on perfecting the apparatus, taking care to build and improve the quality of the staff and civil servants; promoting the application of information technology in the agency's operations, creating a modern and transparent working environment, reducing paperwork, saving time and costs, contributing to promoting administrative reform.

In particular, in recent times, the Provincial Inspectorate has conducted public service inspections, contributing to the province's administrative reform work and enhancing the responsibility of public servants in performing their duties.

Acknowledging the results of the Provincial Inspectorate's administrative reform work, the inspection team noted that it should continue to pay attention to reviewing legal documents of the industry to ensure consistency and effectiveness; and take care to build a team of cadres and civil servants to meet the requirements of the task.

The Provincial Inspectorate continues to focus on public service inspection to create a strong and effective shift in implementing administrative discipline, performing public duties of cadres and civil servants, and promoting administrative reform.
