Nghe An province directs to push back black credit
(Baonghean.vn) - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Hong Vinh has just signed a document directing to strengthen coordination in implementing solutions to expand credit to serve production, business and consumption, contributing to pushing back black credit.
The Provincial People's Committee requested the State Bank of Nghe An Province Branch to direct credit institutions (CIs) and CI branches in the area to closely coordinate with provincial departments, branches, local authorities, and socio-political organizations in the area to promptly and fully inform and propagate to the people about credit policies, programs, and financial services of the banking sector.

Direct credit institutions and credit institution branches to effectively implement credit programs according to regulations; effectively implement lending forms through savings groups/loan association groups of entrusted organizations; appraise documents and promptly respond to people's legitimate loan needs to limit the situation of people seeking unofficial credit sources and channels, thereby contributing to limiting black credit;
Strengthen inspection and examination work as well as direct credit institutions and credit institution branches to strengthen control work to prevent and handle individuals who collude with loan sharks.
In addition, the Provincial People's Committee assigned provincial departments, branches and sectors, according to their assigned functions and tasks, to continue to closely, promptly and effectively coordinate with the banking sector to promote the implementation of the Bank - Enterprise Connection Program according to regulations; at the same time, coordinate with the banking sector to support people in accessing credit programs for production, business and consumption.

The Provincial People's Committee also requested localities to increase allocation of local budgets to entrust loans through the Social Policy Bank system according to the direction in Directive 40-CT/TW dated November 22, 2014 of the Secretariat on strengthening the Party's leadership over social policy credit, Directive No. 29-CT/TU dated June 17, 2015 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on strengthening the Party's leadership over social policy credit activities and Plan 463/KH-UBND dated July 30, 2015 of the Nghe An Provincial People's Committee.
