Nghe An: Hundreds of thousands of tons of quartz ore were stolen by 'mineral thieves'
(Baonghean.vn) - Illegal quartz mining was discovered on June 4, 2019.
The area where quartz ore was illegally mined is located on the Vietnam-Laos border. At the time the “mineral pirates” were caught red-handed while illegally mining, there were 2 excavators operating with a number of workers.
