Nghe An Provincial Party Secretary directed to resolve 10 petitions at the citizen reception session on the afternoon of June 7

Also attending were members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee: Le Hong Vinh - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Bui Thanh An - Chairman of the Provincial Party Inspection Committee; representatives of the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's committees, the Provincial Citizen Reception Committee, relevant departments, branches, sectors and localities.

At the afternoon working session, people reflected and made recommendations on a number of issues related to land in Trung Do and Le Loi wards and Nghi Phu commune (Vinh city).

For each citizen's feedback, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dac Vinh has responded, explained each content and assigned the relevant agencies and Vinh City to clarify, accordingly responding to citizens in writing in accordance with the law.

Some cases reported by citizens of Yen Thanh district at the meeting were related to not being granted land use right certificates in Tang Thanh commune; imposed contributions in the assessment of poor households, the attitude of the leaders of Vien Thanh commune in receiving citizens; disagreement with the conclusion on handling party members and the Party Committee of Do Thanh commune... Regarding the above issues, the Provincial Party Secretary requested relevant agencies to check and appraise the content of the petition, to advise the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee to direct the settlement in accordance with the provisions of law.

Regarding the petition and reflection of Ms. Nguyen Thi Hien and Mr. Nguyen Truong Nam in Hung Dung ward, Vinh city regarding the delay of the Provincial People's Court in bringing the family land dispute case to trial and the petition of Ms. Mai Thi Ha, hamlet 3, Quynh Lam commune, Quynh Luu district regarding the request to recognize revolutionary activists before January 1, 1945,

The Provincial Party Secretary directed the Provincial Court and People's Procuracy to be responsible for handling the petitions of Ms. Nguyen Thi Hien and Mr. Nguyen Truong Nam in accordance with regulations and authority in July 2019. If they cannot be handled, citizens are requested to report to the provincial leaders for consideration and direction. Regarding the petition of Ms. Mai Thi Ha, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee was assigned to review and Quynh Luu district responded in writing to the citizens.

Also at the citizen reception session on the afternoon of June 7, the Provincial Party Secretary noted that when receiving citizen feedback and recommendations, departments, branches, and localities must carefully study them and propose solutions to ensure compliance with legal regulations, and not let them drag on for a long time.
