Woman assaulted by thugs at home
While sitting at home picking vegetables, a woman in Quang Nam was attacked by four men who broke into her house.
On June 8, Ms. Truong Thi Th. (50 years old, residing in Binh Minh commune, Thang Binh district, Quang Nam) reported to the district police about being assaulted.right at home

According to Ms. Th., at noon on June 3, while she was picking vegetables in her house, four people rushed in to collect debt. Among the four people, there was one named TVT (owner of a construction materials facility located in the area).
Subject T. asked Ms. Th. to pay the remaining debt of 30 million VND for buying bricks. When Ms. Th. said that she had paid that amount and had a receipt for the full amount, subject T. kicked her straight in the face, making her dizzy and fall backwards.
Ms. Th. tried to get up and run outside to call for help. When someone intervened, the subjects hugged her, restrained her and beat her.continued to beat. Subject T. also took a gold ring that Ms. Th. was wearing on her ear, along with some personal documents, and then left.
Ms. Th. said that the reason could be that T. had a petty grudge over the purchase of construction materials, so he hired someone to threaten and beat her.
The case is being further investigated by Thang Binh District Police.
