In particular, propaganda work for people to be alert to the risk of fire in dead bamboo forests according to the motto "fire prevention is the main thing"; directing villages in the two communes of Mon Son and Luc Da to organize people to sign commitments on fire prevention and control, zoning off subjects who frequently enter the forest to remind and sign separate commitments.
