Trump warns of possible sanctions against 'Nord Stream - 2'

So, he commented on the possibility of imposing sanctions on "Nord Stream - 2". According to President Trump, the US administration is considering the possibility of imposing restrictions on the project participants.
At the same time, Mr. Trump emphasized that "people have the right to do what they want." According to the national leader, the United States is protecting Germany from Russia by blocking the construction of Nord Stream-2. Mr. Trump noted that Moscow "receives billions" from Berlin.
“But we have something better – a large LNG reserve. I think this is a real solution,” the US president said at a press conference with Polish leader Andrzej Duda.
