Timely grasp and orient public opinion among youth
(Baonghean.vn) - The Central Youth Union delegation requested that Nghe An Provincial Youth Union focus on implementing practical models to promptly grasp and orient public opinion among young people.
On the afternoon of June 18, the Central Youth Union delegation worked with the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Youth Union and a number of units in the province to inspect the Youth Union's work and youth movement in the first 6 months of 2019.

At the meeting, Comrade Nguyen Thi Thom - Acting Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union reported on the results of the Youth Union work and youth movement in Nghe An province in the first 6 months of 2019 with many outstanding results.
In particular, propaganda and education work for teenagers and children is given attention, investment is made in innovation of content and form, focusing on visual propaganda suitable for teenagers and children.
The Youth Union chapters at all levels in the province have effectively and synchronously deployed the study of 6 political theory lessons according to the new curriculum and tools; Directive 05 of the Politburo, Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (12th term) with many diverse forms, focusing on visual education.
The whole province has organized more than 230 research competitions, political activity weeks at the beginning of the semester and the beginning of the year for universities and colleges in the area; 2,900 exchange activities, seminars, journeys to the source, traditional meetings, visits to historical sites, attracting over 70,000 youth union members to participate... In particular, social networks have been maximized in the Union's educational propaganda.

The whole province has carried out 2 provincial-level youth projects, 24 district-level youth projects, 500 valuable grassroots youth projects; introduced youth start-up projects to 500 youth union members; organized a job introduction day with the participation of nearly 10,000 youth union members...
Concluding the working session, comrade Vu Tien Tiep - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Central Inspection Committee of the Youth Union highly appreciated the activities and programs that the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Youth Union had deployed in the first 6 months of 2019.
In the coming time, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee needs to focus on implementing practical models to promptly grasp and orient public opinion among young people; further expand and develop effective economic models among young people; effectively implement summer activities and the 2019 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign; pay attention to solidarity work, gathering young people suitable for each locality; promote the peak emulation campaign to achieve achievements in commemorating the 50th anniversary of implementing President Ho Chi Minh's Testament...
