Building Bai Lu into a modern model resort

On June 19, at Bai Lu Tourist Area, Tan A Dai Thanh Group, Savills Company; WATG Company and Accor Group officially signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement to develop Bai Lu Resort project. In July 2018, Tan A Dai Thanh Group officially took over and operated the Bai Lu Resort project. 25km from Vinh City, Bai Lu tourist area has an extremely favorable location, belonging to Nghi Yen and Nghi Tien communes, Nghi Loc district.

On an area of ​​200 hectares, with an investment of more than 4,000 billion VND, Tan A Dai Thanh Group will expand and develop Bai Lu into a high-class tourist and ecological urban area, with a synchronous infrastructure system including 5-star hotels, resort Condotels, international conference centers, marinas, resorts simulating folk culture...

The Group will build the Bai Lu 2 project expansion area with an area of ​​144.7 hectares, embracing the entire southwest of the existing Bai Lu tourist area. The northwest borders Cua Hien beach; the southwest borders Nghi Yen commune residential area; the southeast borders the FLC project area, and the southeast borders the East Sea.

Tan A Dai Thanh Group will upgrade and expand the Bai Lu Eco-tourism and Hotel Villa Area with a full range of modern and synchronous tourism, resort, entertainment, and ancillary services.
