Neighbors arrested for drug possession at Nghe An - Laos border
(Baonghean.vn) - Inviting each other to store drugs, two subjects who are neighbors, residing in Nhon Mai commune (Tuong Duong, Nghe An) were discovered and arrested by the border force in coordination with local police in the border area.
At 10:50 a.m. on June 23, at Huoi Xa village, Mai Son commune, Tuong Duong district, Nhon Mai Border Guard Station (Nghe An Border Guard) coordinated with Mai Son commune police (Tuong Duong district) to arrest a case of drug possession.

The subjects are Luong Van Bang (born 1979) and Ngan Van Dung (born 1988), both residing in Huoi Xa village, Mai Son commune, Tuong Duong district, the seized evidence is 1.03 grams of heroin.
Nhon Mai Border Guard Station has initiated criminal proceedings and handed over the case to Tuong Duong District Police for further handling in accordance with the law.
