Naval Region 1 coordinated with VNPT Nghe An.The ceremony included the inauguration and handover of a house of gratitude to the family of war veteran Bui Ngoc Kien, residing in Le Lai hamlet, Nghia Hieu commune.
Mr. Bui Ngoc Kien, a former special forces soldier of the 126th Naval Brigade, returned to his hometown after retirement. Due to difficult circumstances, his family had been living in a cramped house for many years. In response to this situation, VNPT Nghe An mobilized its staff and employees to donate 70 million VND. With the support of friends, colleagues, and comrades, they were able to build a three-room tiled house with a usable area of 64 square meters.2The project has been completed with a total value of nearly 400 million VND.
