The incident occurred near the village of Souvanni Springs. The aircraft dropped three BDU-33 unexploded bombs, each weighing more than 11 kg, simulating the 226 kg M1a-82 bomb.
Servicemen note that the BDU-33 contains a small amount of explosives, so in case of detection of ammunition, it should not be touched.
According to the announcement, the bombs have not been found yet, nor is there any information about the victims of the incident.
