Do Luong District Party Committee directs to overcome slow payment of support after destroying infected pigs
(Baonghean.vn) - Do Luong District Party Committee has issued a document requesting Do Luong District People's Committee to check the content of Nghe An Newspaper regarding the delay in paying support money to people whose pigs were destroyed due to African swine fever.
Accordingly, on July 4, Do Luong District Party Committee issued Official Dispatch No. 1131-CV/HU on support payments for people whose pigs were destroyed due to African swine fever.

The document clearly states: Page 3 of Nghe An Newspaper published on July 3, 2019 has an article "Delayed payment of support after African swine fever" by author Xuan Hoang, reflecting the fact that some localities, including Do Luong, are slow to pay support to households whose pigs were destroyed due to African swine fever.
Regarding this issue, the Standing Committee of Do Luong District Party Committee requested the Chairman of the District People's Committee to check and verify the content of the article reported by Nghe An Newspaper. If the incident is true as stated in the article, the Chairman of the District People's Committee is requested to direct the payment of support to people whose pigs were destroyed due to African swine fever to be completed by July 10, 2019; at the same time, direct a serious review of related individuals who caused the delay in paying support money to people according to the state's policy.

Nghe An: Some localities are slow to pay support for destroying pigs infected with African swine fever
(Baonghean) - Thousands of livestock farming households in Nghe An have suffered heavy losses due to the African swine fever. At the end of June, localities received support money from the province, but livestock farmers are still waiting.
Previously, the Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 2110-QD/UBND dated June 7, 2019 on supporting funding for livestock disease prevention in 2019, including support for households whose pigs were destroyed due to African swine fever with the first phase amount of VND 341.5 million. Accordingly, 7 districts were allocated money: Quynh Luu, Dien Chau, Do Luong, Tan Ky, Nam Dan, Quy Hop and Quy Chau.
