Mr. Hoang Minh Phuong - Head of the Department of Cultural Affairs (Department of Culture and Sports) proposed that Vinh city should research and reserve space to decorate murals on the walls along Nguyen Tai Street, behind the Provincial Cultural Center and on the side of the wall of the Mobile Police Agency connecting Nguyen Tai Street to Ho Tung Mau Street, in order to create highlights and aesthetics for the walking street.

Painter Nguyen Huu Dy - Head of the Vietnam Fine Arts Association in Nghe An said: In the long term, Vinh City should study the plan to adjust the planning to renovate and "soften" the sidewalk fence of Ho Tung Mau Street to decorate the fine art relief suitable for the nature of the walking street.
Or use space to arrange propaganda posters or large screens to display and introduce slideshows of images to promote famous relics and landscapes of Nghe An to tourists.
Vinh city people have a revolutionary tradition, so I believe that if the city promotes propaganda, people will definitely support the renovation of their house walls to decorate the walking street space.
To attract visitors, the walking street needs space to introduce culinary specialties, cultural and tourist products (brocade, rattan and bamboo weaving) or space for cultural and artistic forms (vi giam, fabric guild or bamboo dance, sport dance...) to perform on the walking street.

After completing the plan, if necessary, the city can display the plan to renovate and beautify the walking street on a 3D screen for people, especially people living on walking streets, to refer to.
