Three dental clinics in Quynh Luu have had their operations suspended.

(Baonghean.vn) - This measure aims to tighten state management of private medical and pharmaceutical practices, completely eliminate unlicensed establishments, and ensure the health and safety of people in the district.

On July 6th, a joint inter-agency inspection team from the health sector of Quynh Luu district conducted surprise inspections of private medical and pharmaceutical establishments in Quynh Thuan and Quynh Long communes.

The delegation visited and inspected the Huy Hoan Dental Clinic owned by Mr. Le Huy Hoan in Truong Thinh village, Quynh Thuan commune.
The delegation conducted surprise inspections of the Nhat Bich Dental Clinic owned by Mr. Pham Van Lam in Tan Xuan village; the 108 Dental Clinic owned by Mr. Le Van Toan; and the Huy Hoan Dental Clinic owned by Mr. Le Huy Hoan in Truong Thinh village, Quynh Thuan commune.

Upon inspection, these establishments were found to be in violation of administrative regulations regarding operating without medical or pharmaceutical practice certificates or operating licenses.

The inspection team issued administrative penalties to these establishments in accordance with point a, clause 5, article 28 of Decree 176/ND-CP dated November 14, 2013. Simultaneously, they confiscated advertising signs, suspended all dental-related activities until legal procedures are completed, and issued penalty decisions for the establishments.

The inspection team visited the Nhat Bich Dental Clinic owned by Mr. Pham Van Lam in Tan Xuan village, Quynh Thuan commune.
In addition, the police, judicial authorities, and heads of commune health stations are tasked with regularly monitoring, inspecting, and supervising these establishments. If they intentionally reopen without meeting the necessary conditions, the commune People's Committee should be advised to issue a decision to confiscate and temporarily seize the violating equipment and vehicles, and to strictly handle the matter according to the law.

Next, the team inspected the pharmacy owned by Ms. Bui Thi Thuong in Minh Thanh village and the traditional herbal medicine shop Thuy Dieu in Dai Tan village, Quynh Long commune. Neither establishment had a business license. Regarding Ms. Thuong's pharmacy, the team requested that she issue invoices, have contracts with legally registered companies for sourcing medicines, and display a clear sign and address.
