At 20:00 on July 7, while carrying out the 380L project, in block 2 of Muong Xen town, Ky Son district, the Nam Can international border gate Border Post coordinated with the Drug and Crime Prevention Department (Nghe An Border Guard) and Ky Son district police to arrest a subject who was illegally buying and selling drugs.

The arrested subject is Tran Xuan Vuong (born in 1980), residing in Hong Thinh hamlet, Dien Hong commune, Dien Chau district (Nghe An). The seized evidence includes 1kg of crystal meth and 6,000 pink synthetic drug pills.
