Civil judgment enforcement reached nearly 240 billion VND

This is the data given at the meeting of 3 clusters (Road 1, Road 7, Road 48) of the Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department recently held in Quynh Luu, Thanh Chuong, and Quy Chau districts.

The meetings were held over 3 days (5, 8, 9/2019) to assess the situation and results of civil and administrative enforcement work in the first 9 months, summarize the first peak emulation movement and deploy tasks for the last 3 months of 2019.

Under the close leadership and direction of the General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial and District Civil Judgment Enforcement Steering Committees,the coordinated attention of functional sectors… the enforcement of civil and administrative judgments continued to achieve many important results. In the context of a high increase in the number of cases and money (an increase of 1,684 cases/423 billion VND compared to the same period in 2018), the professional targets continued to be achieved according to the set plan. 10,286 cases were completed (74%) and 239,971,554,000 VND (25%), compared to the same period in 2018, an increase of 540 cases and an increase of 102,587,155,000 VND.

In which, the peak emulation period contributed 38% in terms of completed work and 38.3% in terms of money; the result of money execution in credit and banking related cases alone reached 22.7% in terms of money. Compared to the assigned target for the whole year, it exceeded 0.5% in terms of work; many units achieved 2/2 of the basic targets assigned.

The conference spent time discussing the results achieved and the shortcomings, limitations, and causes, thereby proposing solutions to successfully complete the assigned tasks; exchanging and answering recommendations, difficulties, and problems from the grassroots.

Concluding the conference, Comrade Pham Quoc Nam, Director of the Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department, requested that clusters, units, staff and civil servants focus highly on the organization of civil and administrative judgment enforcement activities to ensure the completion of assigned targets and tasks, especially the two basic targets: achieving over 73.5% in terms of work, over 33% in terms of money; Advising, directing, handling and resolving a number of outstanding, complicated and prolonged civil judgment enforcement cases. Implementing well the work of receiving citizens, improving the quality and effectiveness of handling complaints and denunciations; promoting administrative reform, applying IT in management, direction and operation activities and in professional work, especially effectively implementing the software for Managing the process of receiving, organizing judgment enforcement and reporting civil judgment enforcement statistics.
