The US President made an unusual statement about anatomy when referring to the location of the kidneys in the body at the signing ceremony of a health decree.

Speaking at the announcement of the American Kidney Health Initiative executive order on July 10, US President Donald Trump praised the efforts of experts. "You have worked very hard to solve kidney disease. It is very special. The kidneys have a very special place in the heart. It is amazing," he said.
The US President's statement surprised many people, because humans usually have two kidneys located in the abdomen, quite far from the heart.
However, it is possible that the US President did not really think that the kidneys are located inside the heart in the chest, but just wanted to emphasize the importance of keeping the kidneys healthy to the American people with his special words.
The American Kidney Health Initiative is a government plan to address kidney disease-related issues such as addressing financial hardship for kidney donors, making it easier for patients to receive dialysis at home, improving the deceased donor kidney collection system, etc., to help more than 30 million Americans with chronic kidney disease.
