The Central Organizing Committee will accept a number of civil servants and public employees with a master's degree or higher, not over 40 years old... to work at the Institute of Organizational and Personnel Sciences.

The Central Organizing Committee has just issued a notice on accepting a number of civil servants and public employees to work at the Institute of Organizational and Personnel Sciences (a newly established unit under the Committee).

This is one of the policies to strengthen the contingent of cadres and civil servants with qualifications, capabilities and experience in in-depth scientific research, especially in areas related to Party building, political system building, organizational and personnel work.

Candidates accepted by the Central Organizing Committee must meet the following requirements:

Must be a party member; have a master's degree or higher (domestic or foreign) in the following scientific fields: economics, philosophy, law, public administration, human resource management, management science, political science, Party building...

In addition, candidates must be fluent in one of the following foreign languages: English, Japanese, French, Russian, Chinese; and proficient in office software.

Accepted candidates must be under 40 years of age (for both men and women).

The Central Organizing Committee requests agencies and units to widely inform; review the staff, civil servants, and public employees and introduce qualified personnel to the Committee before August 10.

After receiving the introduction document, the Central Organizing Committee will organize the assessment, examination and acceptance of the staff to the Working Committee according to current regulations.
