The boy about to be cremated suddenly came back to life and cried
Gandham Kiran (India) was diagnosed with brain death by the doctor. When preparing to be cremated, tears appeared in the corner of the young man's eyes.
Gandham, 18, suffered from hemorrhage and hepatitis B, and was in a coma for several weeks. Doctors said his condition was very serious, he could die or be in a vegetative state for the rest of his life. Gandham's family transferred him to other hospitals, but the results remained the same.
On July 3, doctors informed Gandham’s family that he was brain dead and prepared to send him away. That same night, while praying over Gandham’s body in preparation for cremation, his mother noticed tears in the corners of his eyes. She panicked and called neighbors and local doctors for help.
"The doctors said my son's pulse was still beating and luckily they did not remove his oxygen tube," the mother said. Before that, in order to bring Gandham, who was brain-dead, home for cremation, the family still tried to maintain the oxygen system for him.
Gandham's mother, who lost her husband in 2005, was caring for her son when Gandham regained consciousness. |
Three days after waking up, Gandham gradually stabilized and received four injections. The young man was even able to talk happily with his mother. The family received many congratulations from people in the town and praised "this is a miracle".
