The Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee will have a dialogue with leaders and managers of provincial agencies.
(Baonghean.vn) - The leader of the Party Committee of the Agencies Bloc of Nghe An province said that in the coming time, a dialogue conference will be held between the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and leaders and managers of provincial agencies.
On the afternoon of July 18, the Party Committee of the Agencies Bloc of Nghe An province held a conference to review Party building work in the first 6 months of the year and deploy key tasks for the last 6 months of 2019.

Disciplined 1 party organization and 12 party members
Standing members of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc: Nguyen Nam Dinh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Party Committee Secretary; Hoang Van Nhien - Standing Deputy Secretary; Chu Ba Long - Deputy Secretary co-chaired the conference.
In the first 6 months of the year, the Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Agencies Party Committee directed grassroots Party committees to coordinate with heads of agencies and units to lead and effectively implement political tasks, contributing to the completion of socio-economic development goals and tasks, ensuring political security and stability of the province.
The Party Committee of the Bloc also directed and guided grassroots Party committees and affiliated organizations to carry out political and ideological education; organize cadres and manage party members; inspect, supervise and enforce discipline; and lead the building of agencies and organizations to achieve many important results.
Accordingly, Party organizations have built 137 models to implement Directive 05 of the Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle, in conjunction with building "bright spots" in agencies and units. Political training is carried out regularly.

The Party Committee of the Bloc also commented on 23 comrades under the management of the Provincial Party Committee for appointment and re-appointment by competent authorities; continued to direct grassroots Party committees to enhance the quality and effectiveness of Party committee activities, Party cells, and Party chapters.
In the first 6 months of 2019, the entire Party Committee admitted 112 comrades, officially transferred 105 comrades, transferred 236 comrades in party activities; disciplined 1 party organization and 12 party members.

The conference also agreed on key tasks for the last 6 months of 2019, including a new point of organizing a dialogue conference between the Provincial Party Standing Committee and leaders and managers of provincial agencies to unify awareness, viewpoints, mottos, tasks, and solutions to implement goals and targets for 2019 and the following years.
The dialogue conference is also an opportunity to grasp the thoughts and aspirations about working conditions, personnel work, and policy mechanisms; listen to and exchange feedback, recommendations, and proposals from leaders and managers at provincial agencies on task performance.
At the conference, a number of Party committees and affiliated Party cells discussed experiences and recommendations in Party building work.
Promoting the role of the province's key agencies
Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Nguyen Xuan Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council acknowledged and highly appreciated the sense of responsibility and efforts of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies, thereby effectively implementing the tasks, contributing to the development of the province.

Regarding the tasks for the last 6 months of the year, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized that 2019 is identified as a breakthrough and sprint year to implement the targets of the 2015-2020 term; thereby agreeing with the task set by the Party Committee of the Bloc to create a good atmosphere, initiate high political responsibility in the entire Party Committee, associated with the 65th anniversary of the founding of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc, 50 years of implementing President Ho Chi Minh's Testament and 50 years since Uncle Ho sent his last letter to the Executive Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee.
From that orientation, the Party Committee of the Bloc needs to focus on organizing political activities this year for all affiliated grassroots party organizations and party members to imbibe Uncle Ho's advice, thereby turning it into concrete actions.
The entire Party Committee of the Bloc must combine political determination with practical action to carry out professional tasks, focusing on streamlining the organization and apparatus to operate effectively and efficiently; promoting administrative reform in line with the spirit of 2019 being the year of administrative reform.

Along with that, identifying the Provincial Agencies Party Committee including Party Committees, Party Cells, and Head Offices of the province, therefore, it is imperative to make important contributions to building the province to develop breakthroughs, making Nghe An soon become a fairly developed province and the center of the North Central region; at the same time, proactively prepare to organize well the congresses of Party Committees, affiliated Party Cells, and the Bloc Party Committee.

Also this afternoon, the Provincial Agencies Bloc Party Committee organized the introduction process to elect 5 additional members of the Bloc Party Executive Committee for the 2015-2020 term; elected members of the Party Committee's Inspection Committee for the 2015-2020 term; and approved the draft report summarizing Party building work and implementation of the Party Charter for the 2015-2020 term.
